We believe that rest is essential for both clients and providers. Our practice is closed: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve.

Our providers have finalized their holiday schedules:

• Abhishek: Off December 23 - January 1

• Jayme: Off December 22 - January 1 (Virtual sessions on Jan 2, regular sessions resume Jan 8th)

• Brittany: Off December 22 - January 1

• Loree: Reduced Online Hours December 22 & 23; Off December 24 - December 26. Reduced Online Hours December 29 and 30; Off December 31 - January 2

Scheduling Apppointments

At this time, online booking is closed so we can keep scheduling personal and flexible. To book, reschedule, or adjust an appointment, please contact Ashliegh Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm directly at 780-900-8055 — call, text, or email, whichever is easiest for you.

Cancellations

Life happens — we get it. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This gives us time to offer that spot to someone else who might need it. Appointments missed without giving us a heads-up will be charged the full session fee. That said, if something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We’ll always do our best to be understanding.
