⚠️ RECEPTION AVAILABILITY NOTICE: Reception will be unavailable August 5 - 11, 2026, with slower response times between August 12 - 14. Full service resumes on August 17. Current clients, please use the online booking portal to manage your appointments or contact your practitioner directly for support.

Appointment Changes & No-Shows

Life happens – we get it. Consistent attendance and communication help us maintain accessible appointment availability and sustainable care for all clients. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee. We understand some things are genuinely out of your hands, and we may use discretion in those situations.

If we don’t hear from you within 10 minutes of your appointment start time, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the full session fee will be immediately charged to the card on file.

Office Hours & Closures

Reception is available Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 7:00 pm MST for bookings, scheduling changes and general questions. If you can’t reach us, leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We observe the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Heritage Day, Labour Day, National Day for Truth & Reconciliation, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Eve. Our inboxes and phone lines are not monitored during these closures.

Practitioners are available during their scheduled office hours and may not review emails or messages outside of those times.
